HR Director (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consultancy for specialists and executives, is looking for an experienced personality to lead HR (EU) (m/w/d) in permanent position.

Our client is a dynamically growing company in the aerospace and defence industry, headquartered in Munich and Europe-wide, and has established itself as a powerful player in its segment.

In this key position, you assume both the strategic management of the HR area and operational responsibility within the meaning of a HR Business Partner. You actively shape the human resources strategy, develop modern HR structures and accompany the company in a strong growth phase. At the same time, you are close to the specialist areas and drive topics such as employee development, organizational structure and HR operations hands-on. If you like to work strategically and at the same time have an operating effect, to act with different stakeholders at eye level and to actively shape the construction of a high-growth company, this position offers you an exciting perspective.

Cooperation with executives to design personnel strategy, organisational structure and priorities across functions and countries Responsibility for the entire recruiting process and employer branding for technical and commercial roles Advice on employee relations, performance management and remuneration Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements (Bayern/Germany and EU-wide) Development and implementation of HR programs (onboarding, talent development, employee retention) and HR key figures Operational HR work: creation of contracts, guidelines, implementation of interviews, investigations, use of HR systems and tools Trustful contact person and coach for executives and employees

German at native language level and very good English knowledge in word and writing At least 7 years of experience as HR Business Partner, ideally in air/space travel, defense, engineering or high-tech Knowledge in labour law (SMEs and EU context) detectable experience in HRBP, Recruiting and Employer Branding (including social media) Very good organizational ability, communication strength and pronounced social competence Loadable, flexible and adaptable Self-employed, proactive, hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility Strong personality with integrity and leadership Safe handling of common HR tools and systems

Key position with high visibility and direct cooperation with management Design space for the further development of organisation, culture and HR standards in an international environment Attractive compensation package within the range of 90.000 to 120.000 euros p.a. depending on experience and qualification Stable setting with clear responsibility, short decision-making and long-term perspective
