• independent planning, implementation and evaluation of practical and theoretical courses
• Implementation of legal requirements and guaranteeing quality standards
• Participation in the further development of the curriculum and in school development
• Cooperation with cooperation partners and practical bodies
• Practices within and outside the clinics Ostalb
• Conducting tests and performance controls

• A completed training in the nursing area as well as a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent degree in the field of nursing education
• Self-employed, practice- and theory-bound and goal- and solution-oriented working together with a pronounced team-ability
• Organizational, communication, presentation and moderation capability
• Ready to use digital media
• Valuable handling of trainees and colleagues
