Your tasks Full customer focus: You ensure the smooth running in the daily business, maintain the agreed service levels and act as a central contact person for our healthcare customer Leadership & Team Development: As a responsible manager, you develop your customer service team professionally and personally, promote independent work and create an environment in which strong performance and learning are of course Interface Management & Process Optimization: You work closely with Key Account Management as well as internal departments such as quality management, transport, trade and finance. You support calculations, tenders and customer appointments (Remote & On-Site) and actively identify optimization potentials Design our services: With your view for processes and innovations, you regularly question the status quo and drive new approaches

Your profile Training & Experience: Completed commercial training or studies in business, economics or comparable fields; relevant professional experience in the customer service environment Leadership skills: experience in managing a team, ideally in a service-oriented or logistical environment Language knowledge: Very good German and English skills IT-Know-how: Secure handling of MS Office and first experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) Working & Personality: Analytical skills, pronounced process understanding, high team orientation, clear communication and the ability to translate into customer requirements
