As an employee of the terminal services, you coordinate passenger flows, prepare waiting areas and ensure that the airport operations work smoothly from entering the terminal through our passengers to departure and arrival. Be the face of the airport: you are the first respondent for travellers. Give orientation, answer questions and provide quick help in uncertainties. Take responsibility on board card control: You carry out the control independently, pay attention to ordered procedures and ensure that the passengers reach the safety controls quickly. Take care of clear passenger guidance: You set up control systems, react flexibly to high and low utilisation and help to keep the overview even in case of Andrang. Design the airport experience with: announcements, passenger calls and direct communication help travellers feel well informed and safe. More than just present on site: you work on the information desk, answer calls and maintain digital channels – always with the aim of providing the best possible service.

You have completed vocational training and ideally experience in the terminal airport area. Knowledge of airport infrastructure and passenger processes is advantageous. You are contact-friendly, stand up safely and keep an overview even with demanding concerns. Creativity and fresh ideas like to introduce you – “think around the corner” is not a problem for you. German and English are fluent in word and writing; Other languages are a plus. You work independently, but You like to work in the team. You are ready for use in interlayer service (break/shot/night).
