As Head of Group FP&A, you are responsible for the further development and control of an integrated financial performance management system of the Melitta Group. You control the group-wide planning, forecasting and reporting processes, create transparency about the group's financial performance and value development, and support the management, Group CFO and management with sound analyses and clear recommendations for action on active value creation. The following exciting tasks await you:

Integrated Financial Planning & Forecasting: You control and coordinate the group-wide forecasting and multi-annual planning process and continuously develop planning philosophy, methods and systems.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: You are responsible for the creation and further development of a consistent, address-oriented reporting at group level for different stakeholders and for a continuous integration of planning, reporting and performance control.

Business Partnering: You prepare sound analyses and financial documents for key control and decision-making processes of the group, perform deviation, scenario and sensitivity analyses, identify opportunities, risks and value drivers at an early stage and guide concrete action recommendations.

KPI Framework & Data Governance: You develop a KPI-based financial performance control and data model for the group, ensure data quality and consistency and work closely with accounting and IT on an integrated database.

Company and participation assessment: You are working on complex financial issues, in particular on financial due diligence, corporate assessments, IFRS impairment tests and HGB participation assessments.

Sustainability Reporting: You develop processes, data structures and systems to ensure regulatory requirements in the context of CSRD and EU-Taxonomy

Processes, digitalization & systems: You are driving the standardization, digitization and automation of the RP&A processes, and are driving the introduction, operation and further development of group-wide BI and CPM solutions for planning and reporting

Leadership & Team Development: You lead and develop the Team Group FP&A and support a powerful, cooperative and forward-looking collaboration.

You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification with focus in Controlling or Corporate Finance

In addition, you bring many years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A, in corporate planning and financial analysis from the environment of international corporates or PE investors

Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the Financial Due Diligence and in the company review

Very good knowledge in planning, forecasting, reporting and financial management as well as in handling MS Office, BI and CPM solutions and SAP FI/CO You're safe in practice

In addition to experience in the leadership of teams and projects, you are convinced by a safe occurrence in the international environment

Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a structured, data-based and binding way of working complete your profile
