Scientist / Computer Scientist / MTL as Data Manager (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the entire life cycle of medical master data – from the plant to the release to continuous care You continuously ensure high data quality and data integrity through further automation In close coordination with specialist departments and laboratory sites, you support the request analysis for new or existing data structures You actively shape new processes and continuously optimize existing processes in data management You work on the development and maintenance of a standardized handling of master data with You accompany the planning, implementation and commissioning of data exports in downstream systems (e.g. order-entry, finding systems, performance directories) In addition, you will develop supportive data extraction and transformation tools to facilitate integration and further processing

You have a degree in the field of natural sciences or computer science – alternatively a completed training as MTL (m/w/d) with a pronounced IT affinity Ideally, you have first practical experience in dealing with biochemical or medical data as well as medical standards and coding systems (including LOINC, UCUM, SNOMED CT, FHIR or LDT) You preferably have first experiences with laboratory information systems (LIS/LIMS) You have well-founded knowledge in SQL as well as in at least one programming language, preferably Python You work independently, structured and solution-oriented You are characterized by communication strength, team capability and a precise, customer-oriented way of working
