Consultant Group Controlling / Corporate Performance (m/f/d)

As a consultant for group control / corporate performance, you take a key role in managing the Bechtle Group and act as a central Sparring Partner for Executive Board, Head of Division and other decision-makers in all performance-relevant issues. With your strong analytical and business expertise, you validate business models, planning and control impulses and support top management in strategic and operational decisions with sound analyses and resilient decision bases. You play an active role in earnings, business reviews and management dialogues and contribute to sustainably increasing corporate performance and continuously developing corporate governance. In addition, you are responsible for the further development of control logics and KPI systems, analysing deviations, conducting concrete measures and moderating annual planning at Group level. As part of classic controlling tasks, you will create self-contained forecasts, analyses, management reports and planning results and secure a consistent and resilient data base for business decisions. In addition, you actively shape the further development of modern analytics and BI solutions, introduce AI-based approaches to corporate governance and act as an important interface between finance, IT and operating units. Last but not least, you take responsibility for cross-departmental projects and promote the further development of processes, systems and governance structures in the group controlling.

Complete study of Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Finance & Controlling or a comparable discipline, as well as a multiannual professional experience in Group Controlling, Corporate Finance, Performance Management or in a management consultancy and detectable experience in cooperation with senior management, executives or C-level decision-makers Knowledge in the areas of corporate management, controlling, performance management and financial analysis experience in handling BI, reporting and analysis tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI or comparable solutions; Knowledge of SQL is advantageous Impressed analytical and conceptual thinking and the ability to translate complex facts into clear recommendations for action High implementation strength as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality with the aim of achieving results efficiently and sustainably Personally, we are particularly impressed by your communication strength, your sovereign appearance at management level, your enforcing ability as well as your high quality standards and willingness to design.
