Your tasks: You lead the IT organization team and drive digital innovations forward. You coach your team with modern leadership instruments and promote their long-term development. You are responsible, planning and controlling the IT security measures of the 1st Line of Defence according to DORA standards and are a member of the emergency team. You are the central contact person for regulatory requirements in the IT environment. You develop the IT strategy and secure implementation. You create a future-oriented IT landscape and take into account current technology trends as well as the further developments in financial informatics as well as other service providers. You control the central service provider Financial Informatics. You coordinate processes, monitor standards and accompany internal and external audits. Your profile: You have the degree of Business Administration and Finance, Bachelor or a comparable qualification. You ideally bring together first practical experience in leadership and have a strong technical understanding. You control complex technical relationships with clear target orientation. You have a quick understanding that makes it easier to recognize trends and solutions. You communicate confidently and negotiate safely with internal and external service providers. You take responsibility for decisions that significantly affect the performance of your employees and the results of the area. You support the personal and professional development of your employees through targeted coaching, providing resources and learning opportunities.
