Site Manager / Site Director (m/f/d)

You are responsible for our four core areas & you have the big picture: Trade Gastronomy Experience Manufactures You will ensure a smooth, safe and lovingly guided operation. It doesn't mean boring – it means you've got everything under control, even if the strawberry smoothie takes the wrong direction. You are responsible for one of the largest Karls locations in Germany, and you are running seven team managers directly & working closely with the management. Your decisions influence the experience of thousands of fans every day and the further development of more than 500 Karlsians. What you do with us You lead & develop your 7 team managers – with clarity, humor & real interest in people. You support and demand your more than 500 Karlsians. You bring at least 5 years of experience at the level of leadership in the gastro or retail. Whether you're laying your foundations through studying or training in commerce, in the catering industry or in the leisure park industry, or you've acquired the necessary knowledge in other ways – main thing, you know what you're talking about. You have leadership experience with international teams & know that good leadership sometimes means listening. You are decision-making, work self-organized & think in solutions – not in problems. Figures, data & facts make you as much fun as empathic decisions. Not either. You want to see people grow and bring places to light. This is not a metaphor – this is your drive.
