At Konica Minolta you have acquired a lot of practical work experience at the end of your dual studies in addition to an internationally recognized Bachelor degree (B.A.). During your training, you will gain experience in a variety of departments that follow your course of study. Curious? Then look for yourself! You work in the areas HR Services, Payroll and HR Business Partner – from contract management to the implementation of legal requirements to the processing of employee requests. In the recruiting processes, you are actively involved: you support job alerts, coordinate applications and help organize interviews. Together with the HR Business partners, you advise executives on personal topics and introduce your ideas into decision-making processes. You accompany Young-Professional programs and attend our young talents on their career path. In talent management, you will get insights into the further development of programs for employee talks and executive development, and you will also accompany the development of a long-term talent management strategy. Also in the administrative area, you can pack up – in the care of personal files, the creation of certificates and the optimization of internal processes. Ownly you take small project modules, present your results and work closely with different HR teams. Speaking of team: There are currently 36 smart heads at different locations across Germany and Austria – all feel at the location and virtually connected to the team.

So you get a broad understanding of how modern human resources management works and find out what is really fun for you, become a real all-rounder at the end and can score everywhere with your broad knowledge.

You bring a general university maturity or a professional university qualification – ideally with good grades in German, mathematics and business. Topics related to human resources management and economic relationships are thrilling you and you want to take responsibility and actively shape during your studies. If you have already gained first practical experience in commercial or HR, the better. A strong organizational talent, an independent working method as well as communication strength and team spirit are all yours. The handling of MS Office is easy for you and you want to work into new HR IT systems. Reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility are obvious to you – especially when it comes to confidential data. You will also bring flexibility and readiness to learn different HR areas and projects. Good English skills complete your profile and help you to master international topics as well. You can creatively fill your great design space – in the varied tasks of your position you playfully change between self-responsible concentration and the binding quality of a team player. With different characters, you'll be fine. Eye height is your favorite language.

Strong partner: At the FOM College you will study 7 semesters until the end (Bachelor of Arts). Your lectures take place digitally live on 2-3 days between Monday and Thursday in the evening course.
