Quality Specialist Service (m/f/d)

You take over the processing of customer complaints from the service stations in the Hamburg and Arnstadt area and are responsible for these structured according to 8D methodology. You carry out cause analyses, coordinate correction and prevention measures and check their effectiveness. You drive forward the improvement of our processes and processes and work together with the service stations and the process managers of the various departments. You support the standardization of our processes and check compliance with internal audits. You support the qualification and monitoring of suppliers. You act as a quality partner for the service stations in the Hamburg and Arnstadt area and support them in all quality-relevant issues. In cooperation with our international QM team, you will participate in the creation, maintenance and development of QM documents, standards and factory standards of service stations.

You have a degree in mechanical engineering or have comparable knowledge, such as training with the DQS. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You have been able to gain several years of professional experience as a quality engineer or in quality management. Ideally, you have a certificate of training ''Blackbelt'' or 'Kepner-Tregoe' and/or comparable. Experience with 8D reports, root analysis and action tracking is advantageous. The handling of MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel, is obvious to you. You are also safe in handling an ERP system, ideally SAP. You work structured, strong communication and feel comfortable in an interface function with international contacts.
