Management and responsibility: You take over the real estate management and control tasks for the stock portfolio in the commercial, technical and infrastructural areas. You motivate your teams to innovative solutions and take responsibility, agree work objectives, perform the task coordination and coordinate the personnel deployment. As an interface to the Central Facility Management and the further divisions of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks, communication is your particular concern and efficient knowledge management. Designing the future in a sustainable and responsible way: Together with your object management teams, you will be able to manage the services used in Berlin. Qualification: Completed academic degree (University Diploma/Master/ State Exam) with an economic, engineering, technical or legal focus or a comparable scientific qualification Competences: You have extensive expertise and experience in the field of property management and real estate management. You bring experiences in the implementation of construction projects, ideally for the public.
