In order to further strengthen our position and meet the ever-increasing demands on billing processes, we are looking for an experienced and responsible management personality as a manager (m/w/d) billing laboratories at the next possible time.

Total responsibility for the proper and timely settlement of all laboratory services vis-à-vis the Kassenmedizin Association and private costs Ensuring compliance with all accounting requirements and regulations Analysis, optimization and further development of existing accounting processes in close coordination with the participating specialist departments and external partners Management and coordination of projects in the field of accounting and process management Leadership, motivation and further development of the accounting team as well as close cooperation with decentralised locations and stakeholders Monitoring relevant key figures, compiling reports and deriving appropriate measures for deviations Function as a professional contact for internal and external interfaces, in particular health insurance companies, insurance associations and cooperation partners Proactive management and implementation of changes/adjustments of billing, modeling of effects of laboratory reform/GOÄ reform Interaction with the clinical MVZs and the field of genetics

Complete studies in the field of economics, health economics or comparable qualifications Funded knowledge and professional experience in accounting, ideally laboratory accounting (GKV/PKV) Knowledge of accounting systems and experience in modeling scenarios resulting from billing changes. Detectional experience in conducting function, preferably as project management or in the direction of a department or area Outstanding analytical skills and experience in the development and implementation of optimization measures Very good conceptual and communicative skills as well as a safe occurrence in dealing with different contact persons High social competence and experience in cooperation with a variety of decentralised stakeholders Structured, solution-oriented operation and a high level of responsibility
