This is where a department is created – and you get into the structure from the beginning. You define how consolidated accounting and consolidation will continue with us in the future: clear responsibilities, a reliable final calendar, clean reporting channels and burdensome controls. What is still going on across different hands today, you merge into a continuous process in our consolidation tool – and thus maintain the potential that is in it. Together with the management and our specialist departments, you drive HGB and IFRS topics and create a corporate reporting that can be based on decisions. A task for everyone who wants to design instead of managing.

You build the structures of the group billing: responsibilities, final calendars, reporting channels and controls. You will set up consolidated financial statements according to HGB and IFRS – including capital, debt and expenditure/income consolidation as well as interim result elimination. You are responsible for the creation of the notes (concern attachment) and the Group Report. You conduct the Intercompany vote and clarify differences directly with the companies involved. You agree with the specialist departments – controlling, taxes, law – as well as with external service providers and auditors. You enter the consolidation circle: initial and deconsolidation, changes in participation, currency conversion. You answer examination requests and provide the documents for the annual audit. You develop the final and consolidation processes and automate recurring voting steps. You are a specialist spokesperson for consolidation and accounting issues.

Studies with a focus on accounting, controlling or auditing – or account book holder:in (IHK) with appropriate practice At least five years of experience in group consolidation – not only in individual financial statements Security in HGB Group Accounting and Experience in the Creation of Notes and Position Report routine in coordination with several companies, specialist departments and external service providers Remarkable: IFRS identifiers and IDL Konsis or a comparable consolidation tool Advantage: Professional exams (tax consultant:in and/or auditor:in), experience with latent taxes or purchase price allocations Very good German, secure Excel knowledge and pleasure in clear, digital processes Good knowledge of English in order to transfer the assets to the consolidated financial statements – such as notes and position reports – to English.
