Educator / social pedagogue - outpatient family support (m/f/d)

For the outpatient family assistance in the field of youth assistance according to SGB VIII we are looking for a dedicated personality that accompanies and supports families and their children on their way.

Join us in part-time (20 hours/week with option to increase) and become part of a meaningful activity with a lot of self-responsibility from 01.06.26 or 01.08.26.

Your tasks

Begleitung & Support:You accompany families in difficult phases of life and develop individual concepts to promote education and family stability. In crisis situations, you offer short-study advice and take over the social-pedagogical support in the context of education and in child protection cases. In challenging cases, you work in tandem to ensure the best possible support.

Project work: You are active in the project work in the social area and assists families in transferring to the offers of integration aid when needed. In addition, you conduct social-pedagogical clearing to analyse stressful situations of life and to develop tailor-made services.

Mobility: The outpatient family help takes place in the living environment of your clients. You plan your dates independently and visit them in your own living room. You can use your own car for the paths between the places of use (the kilometers you traveled will of course be refunded).

Network work & documentation:You work closely and reliably with relatives, authorities and other institutions. You participate in help schedule discussions and ensure a structured documentation as well as the preparation of development reports.

Your profile

Qualifications: You are an educator or social pedagogue and have completed a further education as an InsoFa or has comparable additional qualifications. Systemic work and knowledge in handling MS-Office complete your profile.

Engagement: You own the class B licence and your own car. Your working hours, mainly in the afternoon hours, are your own responsibility and as required.

Competition: You are annoyed by crisis and stay calm and solution-oriented even in difficult situations. With empathy and communication strength, you build trusting relationships and always control cooperation transparently and targeted.
