Implementation of smaller installation work, small repairs, replacement of lighting equipment and troubleshooting on stationary electrical installations Participation in the commissioning of technical installations Instruction and assistance of foreign companies in maintenance and/or construction activities followed by acceptance of the services provided Takeover of the plant responsibility according to DIN VDE 0105‐100 for the stationary electrical installations with registration as a plant-responsible person at the energy supply company (EVU) after obtaining the switching authorization or after successful completion of a relevant training measure (for a 20 kV plant) Examination of the electrical safety of mobile electrical equipment and equipment in offices and workshops and the documentation of the test results Conducting samples of the grid replacement plant(s) Function control of existing emergency lighting systems Management of plant books (document of function tests) Operation and fault management at the building automation (GA)/ building control technology (GLT) Application/Order as a plant-responsible person for high-current installations Application/Order as a Qualified Person for Smoke and Heat Removal Systems (RWA) Visual inspection of existing fire alarm systems (BMA) Application/Order as a specialist for parking facilities Application/Order as a contracted person for elevator installations Implementation and support for tasks outside the ‘electrical technology’ plant (e.g. in the field of general domestic engineering [HLS], office relocations, cleaning and care of the external installations, clearing and scattering services [winter services]) for all building users and/or control of the execution in the case of commissioned third parties/firms (company management) Regular control of the overall state, cleanliness and traffic safety on the properties to be maintained Use as a qualified person (e.g. for checking fire protection doors, for operation, self-control and maintenance of fat separator systems, for testing ladders and treads etc.) Consumption, processing and forwarding of damage and fault messages Support for technical installations

Qualification: Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering with the focus on energy and building technology or operating technology or Graduated vocational training as an electronic /electronist (w/m/d), electrical equipment engineer (w/m/d), electrical installer/electroinstallateur (w/m/d) or electrician (w/m/d) with plant-specific evidence. The certificate of expertise in one of the above mentioned areas is a prerequisite for the transfer of the written activities/workplace.
