The central office is looking for one/one for the information technology division at the Berlin office/workplace Expert/Experte IT solution design with focus on Innovation Lab (w/m/d) (Besoldungsgruppe A 12 BBesO / Lohngruppe 12 TVöD Bund, ID: ZEOP.ZEIT2210/120001, Stellen‐ID 1297559) The recruitment is effected indefinitely in accordance with the public service collective agreement (TVöD Bund) in the remuneration group 12. Depending on the applicant's situation, an additional temporary allowance of up to 1,500 euros may be considered monthly. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. As an IT solution designer or solution designer, we are driving innovation, strategy and technology forward.

Participation in the development and implementation of innovative IT strategies Planning and moderation of innovation workshops (e.g. Design Thinking, Lean Startup) Close cooperation with departments, IT, Spartenleitung and external partners Partners, startups and research institutions Early detection of trends, technologies and best practices to promote innovation Coordination and implementation of projects in interdisciplinary teams incl. Education: Completed university studies (Bachelor or Higher Education degree) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Communication Sciences or a comparable discipline. Experience: You can demonstrate at least 3 years of practical experience in IT and bring knowledge and experience in innovation techniques / methods (e.g. design thinking). Know-how: You have knowledge in IT law, IT compliance, data protection and information security. Secure knowledge of the technical language in English is a feature.
