Shift Supervisor Packaging (m/f/d)

Guided tour: You are leading a team of about 8 colleagues and are responsible for their incorporation, professional leadership and further development. Organisational skills: In the timely processing of the packaging orders, we can rely on you, because you care for smooth workflows. Technical Expert: You are close to the systems, but also to colleagues and therefore first contact person (m/w/d) for questions and problems within the packaging process. Process monitoring and optimization: You keep the processes in mind, identify optimization potentials and actively participate in the further development of the processes. Quality assurance: You implement the quality standards in our packaging department and look at all hygiene requirements and quality guidelines. Disruption management: You support the professional adjustment and conversion of packaging systems. In the event of disturbances, you are at your place and, together with colleagues, you are going to the ground.

You have a training in the food sector, e.g. as a specialist in food technology, or a technical training, e.g. as a mechatronic (m/w/d) or an electronic technician for operating technology (m/w/d), or you already have experience in a similar task. You are highly motivated to guide your shift staff (m/w/d) professionally and to be better together. Thanks to your organizational design, you reliably coordinate compliance with delivery dates, quality standards, hygiene guidelines and safety requirements. With your technical understanding, you recognize optimization potentials and implement improvements in a targeted manner. You're ready to work in early shift and late shift.
