Sales Support Employee (m/f/d)

Contact person: You enter our business partners (m/w/d) as well as our sales managers (m/w/d) and convince your sales expertise. Analysis & CRM: You build sound knowledge about business models and priorities of your partners (m/w/d) and document your activities in the CRM. Offer creation: You create individual, sales-oriented offers and thus actively support the new business. Sales impulses: You use phone and digital sales impulses, follow campaigns and identify new business incentives. Digital Support: You accompany business partners (m/w/d) when using our digital services. Networking: You work closely with marketing, sales management, and customer service, ensuring targeted forwarding of inquiries.

Qualification: completed commercial training in financial or insurance or a comparable qualification. Experience: First experience in sales support or sales – ideally with (life) insurance products. Personality: Communicative, open, team-oriented and safe in dealing with business partners (m/w/d). Working method: independent, structured, solution-oriented and service-conscious. Motivation: You want to take responsibility and develop professionally.

Remuneration: unlimited contract with 13.6 salaries incl. Holiday and Christmas money, tariff increases and the possibility for special payments.
