Type of employment: Full time

• Team player looking for his post in the kitchen with fun and fills your own ideas, which are further tasks:

• Self-employed and independent takeover of the entire Patisserie & Bakery

• Creation of menu desserts

• Quality control of goods delivery, storage and economic processing

• Calculation of the need for ingredients and balance with the existing stock

• Planning and implementation of your own post tasks

• Work taking into account the use of goods

• compliance with food hygiene regulations

• Ensuring the HACCP guidelines in the kitchen area

You have already been able to gain experience in this position or want to finally face up to a new task with your own responsibility? Creativity, flexibility and resilience are the same as team spirit and fun at work.

We would like to offer you a regulated 4-day week, Sunday & Monday & Tuesday, only two menus, no á la carte service, MI/ DO/ FR only evening service, 7 weeks annual holiday, public holidays outside the opening hours closed, Christmas; Easter & Pentecost free!! as well as a performance-oriented payment, just distributed tip for the kitchen team and night supplements.
