You are the first contact point for our specialist departments, service centers and customers, and you process or coordinate enquiries competently and solution-oriented. You're unraveling fonts and being in direct contact with external law firms. By far you organize and monitor all legally relevant dates and deadlines and ensure the execution of payment instructions from legal disputes. You actively support data protection requests You organize and coordinate our important compulsory training. You tax our insurance matters (operating liability and CTC) in close cooperation with an external damage service provider. You drive exciting CSR projects forward and take responsibility for the management logistics of our service centers after a thorough incorporation. You keep an overview of the audit, support budget control and start meaningful reporting

You have a successfully completed training for lawyers, merchant/buyer for insurance and finance or a comparable commercial qualification. You have already gained well-founded practical experience in a law firm, a legal department or in the insurance of an economic company. You are a communications talent and will be safe, professional and service-oriented to specialist departments, external lawyers and service providers at any time. Ideally, you bring first points of contact with the topics of privacy or compliance and have a good understanding of the numbers for the audit and budget control. You understand yourself as an internal service provider and have the right to minimize legal risks and costs for the company through your support. .
