Employment Law Officer

You advise the company on all labour law issues and support legal and operational requirements. You create, check and update work contracts, agreements and internal guidelines. You work trustfully with the employee representatives and accompany negotiations of operating agreements in the collective labour law environment. You take on the role of the “Clearing Centre for Foreign Staff Use”. You are dealing with individual labour law issues and labour law conflicts. If necessary, you will represent the company in courts and other relevant authorities. You identify labour law risks and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions to minimize them.

Completed legal university degree with a focus on labour law Funded expertise in individual and collective labour law Multiannual experience as an employee:in the business environment Experience in trusting cooperation with employee representatives Impressed communication and consulting skills as well as a high solution and implementation orientation Team-oriented and independent mode of operation, safe occurrence, negotiation skills as well as quick understanding and self-responsibility.
