These are your tasks:

• implementation of minor repair work
• Building technical assistance of the objects
• Coordination and instruction of craftsmen and maintenance firms

• completed specialist training in electrical or heating/sanitary
• Cross-disciplinary basic understanding in the field of domestic engineering and craftsmanship
• if possible: electric-technically instructed person
• Computer skills

• License class B for object visits
