Know all areas of the hotel kitchen – hot kitchen, cold kitchen and breakfast Step-by-step takeover of independent tasks in everyday kitchens Preparation and appealing setting of food according to quality standards Support for collection, storage and control of stocks Consistent compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP) Working in shift and weekend service in an international hotel company

Successful completion of school and German knowledge at least on B2 level Interest in cooking, food and education in the kitchen Reliable, durable and ready to learn Teamability and friendly and service-oriented appearance willingness to shift, weekend and holiday work; Minimum age 17 years First experiences in hotel industry or gastronomy as well as basic knowledge English of advantage
