Planning of the construction process as well as design and control of the construction process Performance acquisition of all non-contractual services, mass changes compared to the work costing, services from additional orders, services from project errors or Deviations in execution planning Staff division Conducting records for the remuneration of commercial personnel Use of building recordings, surveying works, cut-offs, etc. Participation in meetings with construction managers and subcontractors to ensure the timely construction process Leading the building journal in coordination with the building management Timely determination of the material requirement, material procurement, monitoring and disposition of material Control of working papers of subcontractors Control of subcontractors and ongoing monitoring of work in terms of time, completeness and quality Implementation of occupational safety and health measures
