You take over the operational support and further development of the ITSM processes (Service Request, Incident, Asset, Change, Problem) according to ITIL 4. You are responsible for the creation, maintenance and introduction of ITSM guidelines and the implementation of target group-specific training. You evaluate new modules, features and automation options in the ITSM SaaS tool and define technical requirements. You are working proactively on the further development of ITSM processes in the context of an increasingly automated AI-based service organization.
You have a successfully completed degree (BWL, Business Informatics, Digital Commerce) or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in IT service management, ideally related to agile working methods and digital platforms. You have experience in designing or optimizing service or support processes, like in the B2B environment. You have a profound understanding of technical relationships around IT services and service processes You have a high level of quality, structured thinking and pronounced solution competence. You are characterized by communication strength, proactivity and very good knowledge of German and English. You bring enthusiasm for automation, digitalization and data-driven optimization.
