Position Description Join our team as a Strategic Packaging Expert, where your expertise in packaging design and industry trends wants innovative solutions and support our global operations. Your tasks will include:

• Strategic Packaging Design: Define future packaging requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry norms. Plan and schedule projects to meet these needs.
• Operations Alignment: Manage and evolve our operations standard packaging materials list, collaborating with teams to support new product launches, sometimes with unique requirements.
• Industry Expertise: Objectively assess relevant packaging industry options, cooperation with our Prototyping Team and stay of ahead market trends.
• Sustainability Goals: Identify optimization projects. Develop and implement global plans to achieve packaging KPIs, search as percentage of recycled content, in order to adhere to the future regulatory environment.
• Data Management: Defining what data needs to be collected by our systems for regulatory reporting

Position requirements We are looking for a candidate that...

• holds a University degree in Packaging Technology (or equivalent)
• bring a minimum of 10 years experience in the industry of developing packaging solutions
• is experienced in developing cardboard boxes, corrugated cardboard boxes, plastic bottles
• has experience in defining and assessing suitability of shipment boxes (ideally so with dry ice)
• bring knowledge of dangerous goods shipment requirements
• knows how to set up data systems (SAP based) for tracking global information on packaging materials Please apply only if you fullfill these requirements since this is a pivotal, specific role.
