Social service employee in our WfbM (Workshop for Disabled People)

with your empathy, your pedagogical skills and your multiannual professional experience in working with people with assistance needs or with people in special situations, routines the work-world-related rehabilitation process of employees with assistance needs in the WfbM (work area, training area, outsourced jobs), take responsibility for the occupancy of the existing capacity of the WfbM, as a person with a good sense of communication at all levels participating in committees of the WfbM Berlin Regional Working Group, conduct consultations as well as information events on the offers of professional rehabilitation and further training opportunities in the WfbM, with your sympathetic way of coordinating internships for inclusion in the WfbM in cooperation with, inter alia, schools, vocational training and other institutions, compiling information reports/inclusion plans to achieve cost assumptions; with your integrating nature and experience in leading employees and teams who advise, support and initiate WfbM professionals, work actively on the conceptual development of the areas, with your expertise in crisis intervention and your consulting and process monitoring quality to carry out crisis intervention measures, collegial consultations and further training, as a respectful, value-assuring and cooperative person working together with offices, relatives, legal advisors and employees of housing institutions.

We wish applicants a completed (specialized)higher education in social education / social work, rehabilitation education and education an equivalent qualification and good PC skills.
