As one of seven state building offices in Lower Saxony, the State Building Management Region North-West carries out the construction measures of the country and the federal government. With around 360 employees, we serve more than 5,500 buildings in the western Lower Saxony – from the county of Bad Bentheim and Osnabrück in the south to the North Sea. Support of the project group in engineering matters for all measures in the ammunition camps Aurich, Zetel, Lorup and the dry dock in the Wilhelmshaven Marine Project cooperation/management in large (construction projects) and small (simple construction measures) including construction measures Construction maintenance work of the Bundeswehr (Federal Army) and the country at all stages of the project execution Control and support of freelance architectural and engineering offices Compilation of formal consultations and opinions Planning, tendering, construction and billing of construction services according to LP 1 – 9 HOAI Implementation and monitoring of open-air planning as well as monitoring of nature-protection procedures Implementation and monitoring of soil and water protection measures Quality, time and cost control

(Fach-)University study of civil engineering (focus on civil engineering or road construction, construction engineering, water industry, industrial engineering construction, landscape architecture, geology, geoengineering, environmental engineering or a comparable study direction) Vocational experience in phases 1 – 9 HOAI is desirable Knowledge of computer-based time and cost control Organisational talent, negotiation skills and enforcement Constructive team capacity, self-employment and commitment Language skills required are at least level C1 in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference (GER) Ready to travel, Class B licence
