As part of a direct service, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist / Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d) in full time for our customers.

You support the monthly wage and salary billing and arrange for a timely and correct settlement together with the team. You're puggling personal master files and making sure that all accounting information is complete and up-to-date. You process certificates, notifications and correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities. You are competent to assist employees in questions concerning Payroll as well as payroll accounting. You support administrative processes in the personnel sector and work with modern payroll and HR systems.

You have a completed commercial training, for example as a merchant/wife for office management, industrial businessman/wife or in a comparable profession. First experience in wage accounting, payroll or payroll accounting is welcome - more importantly, your future employer is your motivation to develop you in this area. You work carefully, reliably and structured and handle confidential data. Numbers, administrative processes and digital work processes are yours and are fun.
