You have a completed (social) pedagogical university or university degree or a comparable qualification. Responsibility, empathy, attention, enthusiasm and enforcing are obvious to you in everyday work. Integration and participation are important values for you. Your working style includes independent and self-responsive action as well as sustainable and resource-oriented thinking. You are ready to plan your working hours flexibly in the shift system and have a driving licence (class B). You bring knowledge into the Microsoft Office applications as we also work in part digitally.
