Head of Test Application Development (m/f/d)

Strategic further development of the field of test equipment development to implement the test strategy for electronic assemblies and terminals in the field of measurement and communication technology in close coordination with global matrix managers Leadership and organisational development of 7 executives and their teams (≈ 140 employees) as well as promotion of open, inclusive and performance-oriented leadership culture Total operational responsibility to ensure efficient test equipment development and test infrastructure, as well as control of resource, project and capacity planning Cross-departmental cooperation in close coordination with development, production, quality and other interfaces for the successful implementation of development and NPI projects Transformation and efficiency enhancement by introducing and developing lean methods as well as digital solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiency Performance Control and Stakeholder Management and Responsibility for Quality, Dates and Budget, Regular Reporting to Management and Cooperation with HR, Works Council, Controlling and Other Interfaces

Complete technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, computer science, physics, industrial engineering with focus on electrical engineering) Multiannual leadership experience in the engineering or production environment, preferably in electronics production or in the testing technical safeguarding of series products Understanding test and test concepts for electronic assemblies and systems as well as development and industrialization processes (NPI) are advantageous Ideally knowledge of electrical measurement technology (center of high frequency / communication technology) Strategic thinking and entrepreneurship, combined with the ability to motivate employees and develop organizations Impressed communication and integration in the international environment as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
