P&L management for about 5 million p.a. for a very demanding customer in the business economy Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) hiring and instructing new employees as well as creating the service plan and securing a representation scheme Conducting quality assurance talks and controls to optimize processes Implementation of modern food trends and sustainability strategies Compilation of business analysis and regular reporting to department management Implementation of profit control according to company specifications Instructions and training for employees in the area of responsibility Your working hours From 01.05.2026, unlimited Full time, 40 hours/week Monday to Friday, 5 days/week Frame work time: 07:00 to 16:00

Complete study in the area of hotel management More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in an operational leadership position in the high-end business economy and leadership experience in various teams Experience in the management of complex service contracts Very good knowledge of the most common office applications (e.g. MS Office, SAP) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Independent, structured working style and high number affinity Top-class handling and a well-kept appearance Teamability as well as high communication capability and strong customer and service orientation Driving licence Class B
