Head, coaching and further development of the team, incl. recruiting management (in cooperation with HR) Responsibility for planning, coordination and monitoring of all project activities Ensuring all quality, safety and appointment standards Development and implementation of sales strategies, active customer acquisitions and identification of new business opportunities Resources management, budget planning and cost control Sales responsibility Technological innovation: Optimizing workflows, technologies and methods for increasing efficiency

Completed studies in the field of surveying, geodesy, geoinformation or comparable qualification Multiannual experience as project manager, ideal in engineering survey or energy infrastructure leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop teams Funded knowledge in project management and business understanding Sales affinity and experience in handling customers Good knowledge of measurement technology, GNSS, tachymetry and evaluation technologies desirable Embossed organizational skills, safe occurrence and communication strength Responsible, self-confident and solution-oriented functioning readiness to travel/competence to external services driving licence class B
