Your New Task

• Planning, implementation and evaluation of staff-centric support for adult people with disabilities
• Technical advice of the customers and advocacy assistance
• Specialized and cross-disciplinary cooperation within the individual networks of participants and other process participants
• Implementation of care activities and organisational or administrative work
• documentation of the activities carried out

Your profile

• Senior Caregiver (w/m/d), Senior Caregiver (w/m/d), Health Caregiver (m/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experiences, commitment and joy in accompanying people with disabilities
• Person-centred work in the support and consultation process
• Various pedagogical methods and "tool competence"
• A reliable and flexible personality that takes responsibility and works constructively in the team
• Willingness to work in shiftwork (no subservices)
• A routined approach to the standard software of the MS Office package
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany

• Attractive remuneration according to AVR.DD/CJD EG 7 (2.820.98 € – 2.955.95 € at 29.25 hours/week and depending on the professional experience)
