Strategic implementation: support in implementing the C&B strategy, taking into account global and regional frameworks. Performance & Compensation Management: Coordination of the annual salary review processes and monitoring of budgets for bonuses and benefits in coordination with Finance. Market analysis & benchmarking: implementation of competitive analyses and market comparisons in cooperation with external partners (e.g. WTW). Advice & Enablement: Technical support for HR teams and executives in the application of international compensation models and implementation of system training. Process optimization: Continuous further development of compensation packages and Benefit programs to increase employer attractiveness. Interface Management: Close cooperation with the HR Senior Manager C&B and control of external service providers within the DACH region.

Qualification: completed studies (BWL, human resources management, economic psychology) or comparable academic training. Professional experience: Multiannual practice in the field of Compensation & Benefits including sound expertise in compensation models and benchmarking. Legal understanding: knowledge of tax law and a basic understanding of the P&L effectiveness of Benefits as well as their impact on the income to be taxed.
