Construction manager for building construction (m/f/d)

To strengthen the team, we are looking exclusively for a building manager with a perspective m/w/d at the next possible time – ideally in full time (38 hours/week). In this responsible position, you take over the construction management of the construction projects with a focus on the performance phases 6–8 of the HOAI.

Independent management and operational management of several construction projects in the performance phases 6–8 according to HOAI Ensuring smooth construction processes taking into account quality, dates and costs Coordination and control of all plants, subcontractors and specialist companies at the construction site Leadership, guidance and technical coordination with internal project participants such as construction technicians, design designers and architects Intensive cooperation and close coordination with planning, tendering and other internal areas Regular presence on the construction sites in the regional project environment (about 120 km radius) Ensuring compliance with quality standards and complete construction and QM documentation

Complete craft training with additional qualification (e.g. master or technician) or studies in the field of civil engineering/architecture Multiannual practical experience in construction management in the building Experience in performance phases 6–8, ideally focusing on building monitoring Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High sense of responsibility for quality, dates and costs Safe handling of MS Office; CAD/Archicad knowledge of advantage Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
