We are looking for a:n Billing Specialist (m/w/d) indefinitely and in full or part time to strengthen our team Finance in Hamburg. What you do with us

You create and process billing-preparing proformas, billing drafts and final invoice You take the check of the rates, rebooking of time entries, performing depreciation and entering and controlling the data in our accounting system You monitor payment inputs and open items, incl. Maher You are working on preparing monthly and annual accounts You'll start evaluations and ad hoc requests in the financial sector You take master data management and internal communication with the controllers You’ll join and redesign our client onboarding process You can contribute to current digitalization projects in the finance team You check compliance and further development of internal requirements and processes

You bring a successfully completed commercial training or a similar qualification with Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting Your handling of MS Office tools is safe and your Microsoft Excel knowledge is good. You are motivated to further expand them. Embossed figures and discretion are of course for you Your work is structured, reliable and fast You are characterized by an analytical and conceptual thinking and judgment You master the German language in word and writing, your English skills are safe and suitable for use in an international business environment
