Personnel Controller (m/f/d)

This body can be occupied in full-time or part-time (min. 25 hours/week). In order to strengthen our HR controller, we are looking for a personal controller that ensures efficient, number-based and strategically oriented personnel work in the group environment, professionally develops the subject field together with the team and raises it to the next level. As part of our HR Controlling team, you are central contact persons for providing consistent HR key figures - both for the Rhine Metal Divison Naval Systems (in Germany and abroad) and for external partners. You provide the data quality of their own location as well as the division by plausibility or Data inconsistency checks safe, harmonize division-wide evaluations, reporting tools, processes and standards. With the HR Controlling team, you play a central role in the preparation and the summary of the data for the company controlling and management. You are responsible for the monthly and annual reporting with a view to HR key figures and send the monthly reporting key figures of all the division's locations consolidated to the Group headquarters. You work in data processing for the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts and for forecast figures in close cooperation between our locations and our finance sector, in particular in the formation of personnel provisions. At the end of the year, you will commission actuarial advice to determine pension and retirement periods. On request, you evaluate HR data for internal and external recipients, create ad hoc reports and maintain and publish our organizational management or organizational structure. You actively contribute to the creation of reports, such as the Sustainability Report, take over the coordinating role within the Divison Naval Systems and act as a contact person with the Group headquarters. You work with project-specific special topics. Your work environment is characterised by close cooperation and coordination with our HR Service partners, HR Business partners, our recruiting and our finance sector.

Completed, at least three years of commercial training and relevant professional experience in personal controlling Very good numerical understanding and a pronounced analytical approach Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel (including pivot) and PowerPoint The ability to reduce complex issues to the essentials and to present them quickly and easily for third parties Good English skills desirable A very independent, responsible, careful and solution-oriented way of working, combined with empathy and a value-adding and address-oriented communication capability
