Legal Sparring Partner:in: You are the competent contact person:in all departments, when it comes to economic issues. You translate complex topics into clear action recommendations & give our teams security. Contract design & audit: You design & audit national contracts – from business space rental law to factory and service contracts to general economic issues – and make sure that we are legally and economically well established. Data protection: You take the role as a central contact person for all data protection issues & make sure that we act responsibly & compliant. Projects: You actively contribute your legal expertise to interdisciplinary project teams and with your view on the whole you shape the further development of our organization.
You are a full lawyer:in & have already gained professional experience – ideally as a business lawyer or lawyer/legal attorney in a company or an economic law-oriented firm. You also bring know-how in the field of data protection. You think economically, trade pragmatically & find solutions that are legally clean and at the same time entrepreneurially sensible. You communicate clearly, confidently and at eye level – whether with specialist departments, executives or external partners. You bring very good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English. You act responsibly & think forward-looking – you are open to change, you are pragmatic & proactively engaging things. You work collaboratively & solution-oriented – you develop goals and results together with other solutions.
