We are looking for a motivated, sympathetic, committed and experienced service watchmaker (w/m/d) for our locations in Hamburg, Kiel and Oldenburg.

It is a very interesting and versatile challenge in our great teams: Service consulting and expert acceptance and issue of watch repairs service work for high-quality brand watches, such as band and battery change, Shortening of metal strips, checking of watertightness, loosening and tightening of closure, quick service etc. Creation of repair diagnostics and cost suggestions Immediate service (such as battery or band change, watch strap shortens etc.) Customer-oriented processing of warranty and all other service cases as well as complaints Direct, personal communication with our demanding customers with possible, mutual questions, wishes or the like.
