Your job – as varied as WESTIN guests With us you learn everything you need to know about the international cuisine & learn new things every day! During your training, you will learn about the variety of cuisine, such as Breakfast, banquet kitchen and à la carte shop. With us you learn from the best – here you learn to prepare and arrange food. For your future as a “Chef” you will learn how to calculate and create menus, buffets and menus and get to know the purchase of goods. In order to be able to focus correctly, you are currently in operation for two weeks and a week at the vocational school. We are proud of our azubis and we show that too! Therefore, we allow our trainees to participate in Marriott International’s national “talentsmithing” in the second year of teaching and to get to know other houses, Azubis, General Manager & Human Resources – the perfect time to make contacts for later! We want you to experience something! Therefore, we give you the opportunity to participate in the Stuzubi exchange (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in the second year of teaching and to get to know our sister hotels as part of a two-week programme.
