Your tasks: Pre- and post-processing of our exchange bodies between management and works council (Agenda, documents, protocols, action tracking)

Support in negotiations on labour-related topics (lettings, argumentation lines, fact checks, stakeholder coordination)

Working in projects for tomorrow's workplace design (e.g. new models of cooperation, guidelines on multiple sites, concepts and strategies)

Search & structuring: Data, best practices, trends and decision bases

Communication & Visualization: Creating clearly understandable policy templates and short updates for our bodies
