You want to introduce your organizational talent and your strategic skills to prepare forward-looking decisions and secure the attractiveness of Mercedes-Benz as an employer? Welcome to the team Future of Work! We organise central exchange and decision-making bodies, negotiate and accompany overall business agreements and are responsible when it comes to employment policy regulations across sites. We work closely with our labour law professionals and departments – always with the aim of finding the best possible solution for companies and employees and enabling forward-looking decisions to strengthen Mercedes-Benz as an attractive employer and secure our competitiveness. Your tasks: Pre- and post-processing of our exchange bodies between management and works council (Agenda, documents, protocols, action tracking)

Support in negotiations on labour-related topics (lettings, argumentation lines, fact checks, stakeholder coordination)

Working in projects for tomorrow's workplace design (e.g. new models of cooperation, guidelines on multiple sites, concepts and strategies)

Search & structuring: Data, best practices, trends and decision bases

Communication & Visualization: Creating clearly understandable policy templates and short updates for our bodies

Studies in the field of law, economic, social or political sciences, human resources management or organisational development (or comparable)

Talent for organization, structuring and design – You bring order into complex topics

High communication and team skills, confident in dealing with different stakeholders

Flexible, fast working, motivated mindset and fun at challenges

Safe handling of MS Office; Joy of clear language, precise argumentation and clean documentation

Sovereign Use of AI Applications and Experience in Prompt, e.g. with Microsoft Copilot
