Number: MER00049TY PT/TE stands for the technological heartbeat of our company: With responsibility for a broad portfolio – from data centers, platforms and digital workplace to enterprise architecture to global service delivery models – PT/TE forms the information technology basis of our daily work and the digital transformation of our company. The PT/TE is responsible for the PT/TE infrastructure purchase-to-pay, the ServiceNow platform and the Target Operating Model of PT/TE. These challenges include: • Working on the further development of the Target Operating Model, including processes, roles, governance, tools and use cases • Development and processing of overall and partial concepts • Creation of conceptual procedures, presentations and decision documents • Management-compliant visualization of complex content in PowerPoint • Pre- and post-processing of workshops & meetings (Slides, Meeting Minutes) • Support in project management (teams, KanBo), incl. tracking, orchestration and status reports • Creation of analyses, evaluations and reports • Communication via different channels (teams, e-mail, intranet), including partial acquisition of communication packages • Cooperation in international teams, especially with colleagues in India • Coordination with different stakeholders (O Owner initiative, Architecture, Delivery Units) We offer you: • Working with a global IT transformation • High management visibility of your results • The opportunity to take real responsibility • Intensive insight into topics such as operating model design, governance, process harmonisation, cloud enablement and AI-based IT • Conceptual work and communication with PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, Signavio & Co. • An international environment with a motivated team that supports and promotes you The activity can begin from March 2027.

• Continuous studies in the field of Business Informatics, Digital Business, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable degree programme • Very good knowledge in PowerPoint (structure, storytelling, visualization) • High competence in dealing with teams and modern collaboration tools • Interest in or first experience with copilot or AI-based work • Learning readiness or experience in handling Signavio and BPMN 2.0 • Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for international cooperation • Pleasure of analytical and conceptual work • Communication strength and a structured working method • Motivation to take responsibility and promote issues independently • Intercultural competence, commitment and initiative • Methodological work and high creativity, communication and team skills • Experience in data analysis with Excel and Power BI is advantageous Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
