Support for people with mental disabilities in their way of life and their individual needs Assistance in the activities of daily life and primary care activities Guided tours, walks and the development of the social area Reliable contact personin and companionin moments of crisis Development of offers in the home, in the neighborhood and in the region Working with the maintenance, activation and expansion of the holding structures of our clients Creating social history reports, assistance planning and documentation Participation in service meetings, case meetings and commissions
