Central contact for our external partners around API connections, integration, use and troubleshooting Accompanying the onboarding of new customers in our API ecosystem – from first integration to go-live Technical consulting of partners and support of our sales in API-related issues Creation, management and maintenance of accesses, credentials and permissions for API use Ensuring stable operation by monitoring, versioning and lifecycle management of our APIs (e.g. REST, GraphQL, event-based interfaces) Close cooperation with product and development teams for the continuous, customer-oriented development of our API landscape Analysis of partner feedback and usage patterns to optimize API performance and developer experience
