In your new role, you are responsible for the rental of residential and commercial properties in the supervised Stuttgart sales area To do this, you are interested:internal documents to ensure the tenants:internal quality and carry out apartment visits After the contractual conditions have been negotiated, you prepare leases and close them Where necessary, you initiate and accompany object-specific marketing measures as well as repair and modernization measures You can participate in the site analysis of first-rate properties and identify possible target rentals for these objects For our clients, you will start reporting on the rental activities of new buildings
