As a training companionin and/or social educationin you work in a multi-professional team. You accompany and support trainees individually on their way to the successful completion of work with your (social) pedagogical work, provide regular (social) educational support units with trainees organize the exchange and learning offer for trainees and are contact persons for teachers, document your daily work, e.g. course of participation or contacts, work closely with the training companies and are intensively involved in network work (agent for work, professional school, companies, etc.).
