For our location in Heinsberg, we are looking for a technical employee (m/w/d) in full time to support quality management at the next time. You independently process internal or external complaints As a coordinator, you are in close contact with the relevant specialist areas and control the appropriate measures for error correction as well as cause analysis using the 8D method and other common Q methods. You are also responsible for the correct installation and maintenance of Q data in our ERP system Working with the continuous development of quality management You support the preparation, execution and refurbishment of process, certification and customer audits You monitor compliance with quality standards

Successfully completed vocational training with a further training in QM desirable Knowledge of common quality methods with the necessary technical process understanding Good knowledge of German English knowledge of Word and Writing Reliability, independence, commitment and teamability Safe handling of MS Office
