Communication at eye level is the A and O: You clarify the insurance conditions of our customers (m/w/d) and also advise them to upcoming changes such as e.g. the beginning and end of membership. With us you take responsibility: Insurance matters such as the freedom of contribution during parental leave or the conditions for the health insurance of the pensioners (m/w/d) are examined by you and then assessed social insurance law. In addition, you maintain the master data of our insured persons on your own. We count on you: As a competent contact person, you can contact our internal and external customers (m/w/d) by phone and in writing.

You have a successfully completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) in healthcare, social security (m/w/d) or have a comparable qualification. You are a professional (m/w/d) when it comes to relevant legal foundations for the processing and consulting of our customer concerns and use your well-founded knowledge in this area. As valuable competencies, you bring a pronounced customer orientation and telephone negotiation skills. In your working day, you will know how to use your analytical, organized work in a targeted and effective manner. You also keep a cool head in challenging situations and use it for your personal and professional development.
